🔐 What sign-in options are available?
You can sign in using your Apple account and Google account. Signing in is required to post listings, send messages, and access profile features like community posts and saved jobs.
🆕 How do I create an account?
Simply tap the “Sign In” button and choose Sign in with Apple or Google sign-in. Your account will be created automatically the first time you log in.
❌ How do I delete my account?
Go to your Profile settings and select “Delete Account.” This will remove your profile, listings, jobs, and chats permanently from the app.
🏠 How do I list a property for rent?
Once signed in, tap “Post a Listing” in the home or profile section. Enter your property details, upload up to 10 images, and submit. It will appear under Home and Explore sections.
🚩 How do I report inappropriate content?
Open the listing, job, or community post you want to report. Tap the “Report” button and select a reason. Our team will review it and take action if needed.
🔎 How can I find a job on the app?
Navigate to the Jobs tab. You can browse by job category or location. Tap any job to see more details and contact the poster directly.
💬 How do I contact someone about a listing or job?
To contact a user, sign in first. Open a listing, then tap “Chat with Owner.” This starts a private conversation tied to that listing.
💡 Why can’t I start a chat directly from the chat tab?
To prevent spam and keep chats relevant, you must initiate conversations from a listing. All ongoing chats appear in your Chats tab.
🧑🤝🧑 Where can I post to the community section?
Go to your Profile, scroll to the Community Posts section, and tap “New Post” to share opinions, events, or local updates.
📷 Can I edit or delete my property or job listing?
Yes. Head to Profile > My Listings menu top right. Open the post and choose Edit or Delete from the options.
🔔 Will I be notified if someone sends me a message?
Yes! If signed in, you’ll receive real-time notifications in the Chats tab when someone messages or shows interest in your post.
🌐 Can I use the app without signing in?
Yes, you can browse all listings and posts. However, sign-in is required to chat, post, or save anything to your profile.
🧭 How do I search for listings in my area?
Use the search bar on the Home or Explore tab. Filter by location, price, or listing type to quickly find what you’re looking for.
